i've got my eye on you

Recently I've been looking a lot into Japanese street style and all I can say is that the Japanese are truly inspiring. I absolutely love their willingness to play with colours, fabrics, textures, shapes, sizes and ultimately how they are so courageous when it comes to fashion. Their willingness to experiment is beyond that of any other asian country and ultimately, I think that is what fashion is about. I am sick and tired of the stereotypical fashion moulds that you get every season. Worst part of it all, is that if you dress in something a little different, outside of that stereotypical mould, you just get ugly stares from ugly people. I am not particularly promoting that the Japanese have impeccable fashion sense, as some are just too whack and over the top for me, but still, I respect them for being so brave. After all, how do you think trends come about? Trends have to start somewhere, and they start with the bold/courageous.
